At AI Chat to Word, we strive to provide a high-quality, reliable tool for exporting your AI chat conversations. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds for subscription payments.
By subscribing to AI Chat to Word, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not purchase a subscription.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
2.1 Technical Issues
If the Extension is materially non-functional or unable to perform its core purpose (exporting AI chat conversations to Word or PDF) due to a technical defect on our end, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe after you report it, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
2.2 Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you were charged multiple times for the same billing period due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
2.3 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel:
- Within 3 days of your initial purchase: You are eligible for a full refund of the first month's subscription fee, provided you have not extensively used the Extension and are not requesting a refund for reasons covered under Section 3 (Non-Eligibility).
- After 3 days of your initial purchase: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period. However, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing cycle, and your subscription will not renew.
3. Non-Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind or no longer need the Extension after the 3-day refund window.
- You failed to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle and were charged for renewal.
- The Extension does not support a specific AI platform that is not listed on our supported platforms page (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Grok, DeepSeek, Genspark).
- You are dissatisfied with formatting in a specific, complex chat that falls outside normal use cases. We make best-effort attempts to preserve formatting, but perfect preservation cannot be guaranteed for every possible chat structure.
- You violated our Terms of Service, resulting in suspension or termination of access.
- You request a refund for a subscription period during which you actively used the Extension without reporting any technical issues.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at maamun.work@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Email Address]".
- Include your purchase confirmation email, order ID, or receipt from the Chrome Web Store or payment processor.
- Clearly explain the reason for your refund request. If applicable, describe the technical issue you encountered and any troubleshooting steps you have already taken.
- Attach screenshots or screen recordings if the refund request is related to a technical issue.
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email notification once your request has been processed.
5. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Depending on your payment provider (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Google Play), it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- We will notify you by email once the refund has been initiated.
If the original payment method is no longer available, we may offer an alternative refund method at our discretion.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your AI Chat to Word subscription at any time. Cancellation means your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle. You will retain full access to the Extension until the end of your current paid period.
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to your Chrome Web Store account settings and manage your subscriptions.

7. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Refund requests will be evaluated based on the policy in effect at the time of the request.
