1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the AI Chat to Word Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Extension.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Md. Mamunur Rashid, the developer and owner of AI Chat to Word ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

AI Chat to Word is a Chrome browser extension that enables users to export conversations from AI chat platforms — including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Grok, DeepSeek, and Genspark — into Microsoft Word (.docx) and PDF (.pdf) formats.

The Extension operates entirely within your browser. All processing of chat content occurs locally on your device. We do not host, store, or transmit your chat data to external servers.

3. Subscription & Payment

AI Chat to Word is offered as a paid subscription service at $6.99 USD per month or $49.00 USD per year.

• Payments are processed securely through the Chrome Web Store or authorized third-party payment processors.
• Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Chrome Web Store account or payment provider dashboard.
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.

4. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Extension for personal or professional purposes.

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Extension.
• Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates these Terms.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Extension.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Extension in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of service of the AI platforms you use (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Microsoft). You are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining any necessary permissions or rights to export chat content.
• Ensuring your use of exported content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Complying with the terms and policies of the platforms from which you export content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including all software, code, designs, logos, text, graphics, and other content, is the property of Md. Mamunur Rashid and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all ownership rights to the chat content you export using the Extension. We claim no ownership over your data or exported documents.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all formatting will be perfectly preserved in every export. AI platforms may update their interfaces, which can affect the Extension's functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Md. Mamunur Rashid be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Extension.
• Any changes made by AI platforms that affect the Extension's functionality.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in exported content.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Extension will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
